Our Adult and Women's Self-Defense Programs teach effective techniques for personal protection. You will learn how to recognize and defend yourself in a dangerous situation, how to gain confidence and self-discipline, and learn the ancient secrets of the Oriental Masters of Karate and Tae Kwon Do. Each and every class includes stretching, breathing exercises, and learning wisdom from the Sensei. You will also learn kicks, punches, blocks and strikes all in a safe and controlled karate dojo. Our Adult and Women's Self-Defense programs are holistic, healthy and designed to keep you both mentally and physically fit.

Our PERSONAL TRAINING program is a great way for the athlete, student, or busy professional, male or female, to keep in shape. If you don't have the time for a full karate or gym program, then one or two hours a week of a personalized training program, nutrition analysis, and breathing and exercise is the perfect program for you. No big gym crowds, no heavy free weights, no contracts, no hassels. Just private, one-on-one personal training. Your Trainer, Sensei Mark, is certified in both Clinical and Personal Training, with expertise in anatomy, body wellness, and Integrative Nutrition.
Mark has also worked with the Miami Dolphins, and will tailor an INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT PLAN just for you.

In a changing and often troubling culture, we must keep ourselves and our children safe from harm and negative influences. Our StrangerDanger and BullyProofing programs are built right into our traditional Martial Arts curriculum. We teach our students how to protect themselves from bullies at school, how to walk with power and confidence, and how to recognize and safely deal with strangers and dangerous situations.

Sensei Mark Davis has years of experience as a classroom instructor, advocate, and mentor to many students who have gone on to success in high school and college. He holds a K - 12 District Certificate valid through 2019, and an Associates Degree in Economics, with a specialization in Educational Leadership. Mark has taught both gifted students and those with learning deficiencies, Montessori students, Alternative education, and FCAT remediation. Mark was also the Athletic Director and Emergency Medical Coordinator at River Cities Charter School in Miami.
